Our "Marketing Plan in a Day" service is designed for ambitious, time-poor business owners who are ready to take decisive action and network with others. In just one day, we create a customised, actionable marketing plan that provides a clear direction, eliminates guesswork, and sets you on a rapid path toward your business goals. Kristy provides a welcoming environment where you will get the support you need.
Who should use this service?
This service is perfect for business owners who have been in business for at least two to three years, and who need a quick, strategic marketing plan. It's ideal if you're looking to refresh your approach, kickstart a new project, launch a new service, or simply want to get a plan to ensure you're on the right track without the long wait times usually associated with comprehensive planning.
What does the process involve?
After you sign up, you'll have a group consultation with Kristy to discuss your business, goals, and any specific challenges you're facing. We will discuss your brand photography and you’ll have the chance to ask questions and receive guidance. We look forward to welcoming you on the day.
What will my marketing plan include?
Your marketing plan will include developing your value proposition, building your ideal customer avatar, your offers and pricing, key messaging, recommended channels and tactics, and a 90-day implementation plan. It's a complete roadmap designed to be implemented immediately.
How can you develop a comprehensive plan in just one day?
Kristy is a highly experienced marketing strategist who uses proven streamlined processes and insights from your kick-off consultation to create effective, concise plans. While comprehensive, the plan focuses on immediate, impactful actions, tailored to your specific business context.
Can I get a refund if my circumstances change before the program?
As this program involves venue costs, suppliers, and detailed preparation, refunds aren’t available. You may transfer your place to another business owner with at least one month’s notice, but unfortunately, changes within 4 weeks can’t be accommodated.
Can I request revisions to the plan?
Given the rapid turnaround, the initial plan is final. However, we encourage feedback and offer follow-up consultations to refine strategies as you implement them. The cost for extra consultations and coaching is $297 plus GST. A minimum of three coaching calls is recommended.
What if I have more questions afterwards?
Kristy offers you the opportunity to be supported for another 2 weeks in Slack. She also provides a 15-minute 1:1 follow-up accountability call to address any questions or clarifications you might need. The goal is to ensure you're confident and ready to execute your plan.
How much does Marketing in a Day cost?
The total cost is $1,397.00 (inc GST). It includes a 1 x 30 min strategy call, kick-off group marketing call, pre-work, a marketing plan template, a mini-brand shoot with 2 high-resolution images, catering, the workshop to create your marketing plan with Kristy, one week access to the MPIAD Slack channel, and a follow-up accountability call.
Is there a guarantee?
While we can't guarantee specific outcomes, as your execution plays a significant role, we guarantee that your plan will be designed to align with your business objectives.
Can I get more than 2 personal brand photos?
Yes, you can. Rebecca will take multiple photos of you on the day within the time allocated, and you have the option to purchase more images to use in your marketing. You can order these photos directly from Rebecca, and you'll be given a link to select more photos.
How do I get started?
